Film Showing: 'Smoke'

If you missed the 1995 film Smoke, you are in for a treat. An extraordinary cast and a wonderful story are in store for you.
Harvey Keitel, William Hurt, Forest Whitaker, Stockard Channing, Ashley Judd and Harold Perrineau play a diverse group of characters whose lives all intersect at a tobacco shop in Brooklyn. Paul Auster, who wrote the story, won an Independent Spirit Award for Best First Screenplay for this delightful and heart-warming movie.
The movie starts at 2 p.m. on June 3 and we show it a second time at 6:30 p.m. It is rated R and runs just a bit under 2 hours.
