Science in the Summer: Level II

"Grow into science" at the library this summer with our Science in the Summer program sponsored by GlaxoSmithKline and organizations in the Washington Metro Area.  The theme for this year's program is Physical Science & Electricity. This fun, free, experiment-oriented course, taught by certified teachers, is designed to get kids excited about science through hands-on experiments.

Level 2 classes are for children entering grades 4-6.

All children must be pre-registered to attend Science in the Summer and be able to commit to attending both sessions on July 12 and July 19. Space is limited to 15 students per class, so please visit our children's department or contact us at 202-727-0971 to participate.
