T'ai Chi: A Beginner's Introduction
Come learn about the flowing movements of this time-honored Chinese martial art which weaves together meditation and relaxation with the wisdom of Chinese medicine. Experience a gentle, traditional movement system which emphasize softness and stability, comfort and awareness as a path to improved health, and find out why it is celebrated by NIH, the Mayo Clinic and Harvard Medical School.
All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in the class. Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. We will provide chairs for those who want to take a break and observe. The hour class will promptly begin at 7:30 p.m.
