A Play: 'Baku; or How To Save a Whale's Tale'

whale2Children and youth, do you like plays or wish to see one in production?

You do not want to miss a drama production by one of the community's most talented seniors, Kelly-Marie Berry.  Ms. Berry, a retired playwright and college professor who taught theater and drama classes, gained notoriety in the San Francisco Bay area in the late 1970s when she launched Danse Uhuru, a multicultural entertainment program for young people. Baku; or How To Save A Whale's Tale is Ms. Kelly's latest production -- a children's story about how to save a whale.

Join us for the preview, set to music, on Sunday Fun Day, Oct. 6, beginning at 2 p.m. as the Library celebrates its expanded hours, services and programs.
