Full Body Stretch Yoga
New extended hours means new extended programs! We are pleased to announce that after nearly two years of the popular Yoga at the Library we are able to offer an additional weekly yoga class.
Join us on Monday nights at 7 p.m. for Full Body Stretch Yoga. The new class will incorporate some Pilates, emphasize flexibility, body balance and strength. The class will be suitable for a variety of levels, from beginner to advanced.
Both yoga classes are suitable to participants of a range of physical fitness. Come to the Monday or Tuesday class, or both!
