Free T'ai Chi Class

T'ai Chi with Susan Lowell

Image of Adults Practicing T'ai ChiOn Monday, Nov. 25 at 7:15 p.m., come join Susan Lowell of tenleytowntaichi.com and learn about the flowing movements of this time-honored Chinese martial art, which weaves together meditation and relaxation with the wisdom of Chinese medicine. Experience a gentle, traditional movement system which emphasizes softness and stability, comfort and awareness as a path to improved health, and find out why it is celebrated by NIH, the Mayo Clinic, and Harvard Medical School.

All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in the class. Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. We will provide chairs for those who want to take a break and observe.

The hour class will promptly begin at 7:30 p.m.

Additional classes will be offered on Tues., Dec. 17, Wed., Jan 22, Wed., Feb. 26 and Wed., March 26.
