You will learn how to:
- Log in to the library’s online research databases using your DC Public Library card and pin number.
- Locate print and electronic books using the library’s new and improved catalog.
- Find scholarly articles, magazine and newspaper articles using Expanded Academic ASAP.
- Search Opposing Viewpoints in Context, a database that covers the hottest social issues.
Required Skills: The ability to read and comprehend English well, and must be a DC Public Library Cardholder. Basic computer skills and previous experience using a web browser is preferable.
