Each month we will watch 2-3 of these short, inspiring TED Talks, followed by stimulating conversation. January’s selections will focus on health, happiness and good habits:
- Dan Buettner - How to Live to Be 100+: Buettner and his team traveled the world studying the "Blue Zones," communities with high concentrations of people living healthily and happily well over 100 years. He shares the commonalities these communities share that keep them going.
- Kelly McGonigal - How to Make Stress Your Friend: McGonigal translates academic research into practical strategies for health, happiness, and personal success.
