Now announcing a Brand New program for teens! This is your opportunity to:
- Earn community service hours
- Make new friends
- Improve resume & interviewing skills
- Peer tutoring
- Test preparation
- Book talks
- Peer mediation
- Improve your library
- Have fun!
This group is dedicated to teens in the age range of 14-17 years old, who are interested in any of the information listed above, and responsible enough to commit to attending at least three sessions continuously. Whether it is for the community service hours, or just time to relax after school, this program is designed to cater to what YOU need. The power of this group resides in the teens who participate. We will help you by providing the resources and encouraging instruction.
Please attend our first meeting and Open House on Dec. 30, or simply spread the word!
At the Open House, teens will be able to ask any questions and turn in completed application forms. Blank applications can be picked up during our regular business hours.
Open House: Dec. 30
Meetings – 4 p.m., continuing on:
- Jan. 6
- Feb. 3
- Every other Monday, unless specified. (No TAG on Jan. 20, due to library observing Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Day.)
