T'ai Chi weaves together meditation and relaxation with the wisdom of Chinese medicine. Experience a gentle, traditional movement system that emphasizes softness and stability, comfort and awareness as a path to improved health, and find out why it is celebrated by National Institutes of Health, the Mayo Clinic and Harvard Medical School.
