T'ai Chi with Susan Lowell

Join Susan Lowell from tenleytowntaichi.com on Wednesday, April 2 and Wednesday, April 30 and and learn about the flowing movements of this time-honored Chinese martial art that weaves together meditation and relaxation with the wisdom of Chinese medicine.
Experience a gentle, traditional movement system that emphasizes softness and stability, comfort and awareness as a path to improved health, and find out why it is celebrated by NIH, the Mayo Clinic and Harvard Medical School.
All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in the class. Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement.
Chairs will be provided for those who want to take a break and observe. Doors open at 7:15 p.m., and class will promptly begin at 7:30 p.m.
