Yoga for Adults and Teens

Namaste!

Come to Southwest Library on Saturday, June 14 at 1pm for free yoga! Don't worry if you can't tell downward dog from cat pose; this class is for newcomers to yoga, and instructor Carrie Hsieh will walk you through an hour of poses to help you achieve calm and stillness. However, those who have practiced for years are also welcome!

For ages 13 and older.
