Computer Basics Workshops

Last date: Saturday, June 28, 2014, 11 a.m. (see all dates)

This series is for people who have never before used a computer.  Participants will learn to use the mouse and keyboard, begin to navigate the Internet and even use email.

Week 1: Intro to Computers
Week 2: Intro to Typing
Week 3: Intro to the Internet
Week 4: Intro to Gmail

For all workshops, students can sign up by either registering ahead of time with Byte Back (202-529-3395) or by showing up at the workshop the day it is scheduled. Registration is first come, first served.

Students who register ahead of time will have a saved spot in the workshop that expires at the start of the class. If a registered student is not in their seat at the start of the class, they may lose their spot to a walk-in student.
