You don’t have to go to the woods to live deliberately, but you do have to make a choice.
Most people live passively. They do what they are told. They work hard all their lives, and wake up one day with no idea where they are or how they got there. The alternative is to choose your own path, and wake up every day excited about where you’re going.
This hands-on workshop will teach you, step-by-step, how to use research from the field of positive psychology to improve the quality of your daily life. You’ll leave with a strong sense of purpose and a personal action plan.
Instructor Greg Faxon is a marketing consultant, elite obstacle racer, and personal coach. During the week, he helps Fortune 500 companies understand their customers’ motivations. On weekends, Greg competes in obstacle races all over the country, recently finishing 28th out of 4,704 at the 2013 Spartan Race World Championships. The rest of the time, Greg coaches people on positive psychology, health, and productivity.
