Access I Basics

Get introduced to the world of Microsoft Access, a powerful relational database. Explore and navigate the Access program window and learn the concepts and structure of data storage in Access.

Required Skills: The ability to read and comprehend English well, and the skills acquired in PC Basics, Word I Basics, Word II Intermediate, Excel I Basics, Excel II Intermediate and Excel III Advanced. Familiarity with the keyboard is also required.

You will learn to:

  • Create a data table.
  • Store and manipulate data.
  • Distinguish data types and how to join data based on data types.
  • Import data from other sources.
  • Use queries to perform basic calculations.
