Caring for You, Caring for Me
Caring for You, Caring for Me: Accessing and Developing Resources
Saturday, September 13 – 10:00 am
Are you a family caregiver in need of resources and support? Join us for this workshop on the National Library of Medicine’s many online resources to help you care for your loved one. Also learn practical strategies to prepare you for navigating your community’s system of care and services.
This workshop is part of a five class series based on the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregiving’s education and support program. The Kadamba Tree Foundation presents this program along with instruction on practical stress management techniques and other tools for family caregivers. Each workshop features a hands-on tutorial on quality health information for family caregivers from the National Library of Medicine.
