Foraging or more specifically urban foraging is the process of finding free fruits, vegetables, and other “wild food” in an urban setting. So where can we city folk find such edible treasures? DCPL’s own Erika Rydberg will talk about edible urban plants in the DC area, bring in some samples, and share some delicious treats made from foraged items.
