words liive promotion poster. Petworth Library presents Words Liive, a program that uses hip-hop music to help teens understand the typical structures used by fiction writers. Students will annotate [add critical or explanatory notes] to song lyrics and then apply those structures to classic literature. In addition, students will write and record their own compositions. The teen who does the best over the three-day workshop will win a Samsung tablet computer.
