When a deadly alien virus comes to New Mexico on a space satellite, a state of emergency is declared. A team of scientists is assembled to try and isolate the virus, studying the only two known survivors in town. As they race against time, the scientists are unaware that the virus has already mutated in their lab. Based on a book by Michael Crichton and starring Arthur Hill and David Wayne, this film was made in 1971, is rated PG-13 and runs approximately 131 minutes.
