Campaigns that Drive Action - Feedback and Survey Forms (Registration Required)
This 2.5 hour workshop, co-sponsored by Constant Contact, Inc., will reveal simple but effective best practices and considerations for building a survey that will allow your small business or non-profit to gather valuable insights from your customers & clients and, as a result, help you to move your business or organization forward.
Registration is limited to 36 participants and workstations will be assigned to registered participants first. Walk-in participants are welcome and all participants can feel free to bring their tablets or laptops.

During this workshop, you will learn:
• The importance of listening and how to set your survey’s objective
• Develop good questions and understand how long is long enough
• Three different considerations for when to survey and how to think about which parts
of your audience to survey
• What to do with the results once you have them

Romona Foster is a social media trainer and consultant.
