Tots and Tykes Yoga

Recommended for ages 4 and under, this 45-minute class is focused on the growing mobility of the child as they move to crawling, standing and walking. There will be rhymes, songs, games, and yoga poses geared toward their development.
This class is limited to 15 children. Free tickets will be given out on a first come, first served basis.
An adult must participate with the child but no previous yoga experience is required. Yoga mats are also not required.
