Monthly Poetry Readings - First Thursdays at 7 p.m.

The Georgetown Neighborhood Library presents two established poets - Pamela Murray Winters, and Nancy Naomi Carlson, in the monthly poetry reading series on the first Thursday of each month.  
Pamela Murray Winters has been published in Gargoyle, Gettysburg Review, Beltway Poetry, and elsewhere.  She hosts the Evil Grin Poetry Series in Annapolis, Maryland.

Nancy Naomi Carlson is a winner of grants from the NEA, Maryland's Arts Council, and Arts & Humanities Council of Montgomery County and an associate editor for Tupelo Press.  She is the author of three prize-winning titles, as well as the critically acclaimed Stone Lyrel Poems of Rene Char.
