The DC Public Library is partnering with several health organizations in the DC area in support of National HIV Testing Day. You can join a representative from the Family and Medical Counseling Center at the Washington Highlands Interim Library at 2:30 pm on Friday, June 18 to learn more about prevention and treatment of HIV and AIDS, and find out where you can get tested. On June 27, several libraries around the city will host rapid HIV testing centers with results in 20 minutes. For more information, and for a schedule of activities, please visit the library's web page on National HIV Testing Day.
