Days after qualifying for the U.S. Women's Open at the Sebonack Golf Club in Southampton, Annie Park of Levittown added to her trophy collection when she received the Honda Sports Award for golf Monday.

As a freshman at USC, Park last week won the NCAA individual title and helped lead the Trojans to the team championship. She also won the 2013 Women's Golf Coaches Association player of the year award and several other honors.

The Honda Sports Award is given to top women athletes in 12 NCAA-sanctioned sports. With the award, Park, who attended MacArthur High School, becomes a finalist for the collegiate Women's Athlete of the Year.
