Doc Rivers: Bill Simmons is an idiot

Doc Rivers called ESPN commentator Bill Simmons an idiot. Sort of.
Rivers actually said he'd "like" to call Simmons an idiot, but he was "too classy" for that. Indeed.
The passive-aggressive outburst came after Simmons' comments that Rivers quit on the Celtics when he accepted a trade to the Clippers.
