Families with children between the ages of 3 and 12 are invited to this interactive performance with Connect the Dots Dance Company, a non-profit ballet company that is dedicated to performing locally for Preschool and Elementary Youth. Join us as we learn more about the art of ballet and get to know some professional ballet dancers.

Mini Makers' Crafternoon

Makers come in all shapes, sizes and ages. A little too young for Petworth's Maker Camp? Come to our Mini Makers' Crafternoon sessions! Children ages 3 to 6 will explore one of our Maker themes "Fantasy," "Fun and Games," "Engineering" using a story and/or a video demo as inspiration for their special creations. All materials will be supplied, but feel free to contribute your own small toys and odds-and-ends from around the house. Dress for possible mess!

Kids LOVE Karaoke! (The Summer Sessions)

Our "Kids Love Karaoke" program encourages literacy, confident public performance, music appreciation as well as supportive listening in children ages 5-12. This month you can Go for the Gold and become one of Petworth's rising stars by practicing and showing off your vocal gifts (and/or choreography-- "Just Dance" for kids is often incorporated) in a supportive, friendly environment before you get discovered by the professionals!
