A Million Thanks: Letter Writing to Veterans

Join us to write letters and draw pictures thanking veterans and current members of the U.S. military for their service! We'll be sending the letters through the nonprofit A Million Thanks. The Benning (Dorothy I. Height) Library is a Maker Camp site! Maker Camp is sponsored by Make: and Google.  From July 6 - August 14 2015, we will be doing exciting experiments and projects every Monday, Thursday and Friday from 2:00-3:30 p.m.  Children eight and above and teens up to age thirteen are invited to come join the fun every day of the camp or to just drop in whenever they are free.
