The DC Department of Small and Local Business (DSLBD) offers one-on-one consultations to aspiring entrepreneurs on Wednesdays at MLK Jr. Memorial Library. DC-based entrepreneurs and businesses can meet to learn more about their programs, connect with additional services in the District, and develop a for-profit business.
